I strive to create uplifting, imaginative work. My second love after acrobatics was being a prankster: I feel like a live wire when I can rise to the challenge of making myself and others laugh. Sass is survival against the odds and by laughing together we acknowledge truths. My practice is rooted in diligence and building good habits so I can increase the chances of landing on my feet (or bum) while tumbling through the air or bending without breaking.

As a Stott Certified Pilates Instructor, my passion is rooted in personal experience and connecting with individuals. The exercises I often prescribe are plain & simple, but the beauty is that conscious, honest, and patient effort builds stability and restore mobility which are the keys to reducing pain in long standing injuries & preventing future injuries, so you can do what you love.
